Reclaiming South Rukongai

Ren appears in the south, wondering what the quincy were doing there, he figured he had the stamina and intelligence to take them... All except for the Stern Ritter, they were on a level much higher than his own all together, he would have to let the CC handle it, where ever he was. As he moved through the shadows he stopped in an ally, there were at least ten of em and they seemed to be under his skill level. He waited for their backs to turn, when majority of them did was when he placed poison on two of his knives and threw them at two of the unsuspected enemies, he had no way of judging their actual skill but he knew he had more power than they did. In an instant he was in between them, he sweeps one's leg and stabs him with another knife, he handsprings of the bard of the knife a somersaults mid air before landing on the tip of his toe, he then proceeded to flash step behind another, he grabs him by the head and pulls his neck into his shoulder, cracking it. Six more to go eh, would've been easier if I had learned some kido, even low class kido would've been useful at this point. That's when he decided that he would learn at least two skills before he did anything else after this. It wasn't doing him any favors not knowing anything at all, if anything it would be more productive and be more efficient than to use what he is currently. Although he had his fire he could only use it to a certain extent as he has not even come close to mastering it.

How would this new kido affect his ability to perform, well if he learned bakudo he could easily repel all forces that tried to attack him, he would also be able to strike down all that opposed him from a distance. Even a simple smoke bomb kido would be useful as it would not only save him from spending money but it would be infinitely used. He then drops a smoke bomb that exploded, sending a white fog around them, this was a new opening for him to attack. He lunges at the stunned quincy, grabbing him by the throat and burning a hole through it, the man bled out, dying slowly. With that guy down he used the opportunity to attack the two closest people to him, punching them both with one of his hands, he then singled out one and punched him in the jaw then took his last knife and sticks it in the side of the other guys neck, killing him, he then removes it and stabbed the stunned quincy in the spine, disabling him. With seven of them down and fog beginning to clear up he dive tackles on of them and sticks his fingers in the guy's eyes then burned the insides of his skull, turning his brain to ash, his body began to burn from the inside out. The white fog was finally gone, the two quincy that were left sprung into action, shooting multiple arrows at him, Ren quickly rolls to the side, but he gets caught in the shoulder by one of the blue beams. The area where it hit stung some, but it wasn't badly hurt, it was still useable, he shunpos above the guy, somersault kicking him in the head, he feels the back of his foot hit the guy in the shoulder. He didn't break anything but it did slow him down enough for him to flip back and hit him with a wave of fire, the flames hit him in the chest, leaving a burn mark. It didn't kill this one, he must have a higher durability to take the attack head on.

He was quick to use the guy as a shield to keep the other quincy from firing arrows at him and even if he did it wouldn't get him anyway. He then for the first time in recorded history pulls his sword out of infinite space to stab the man he had a hold of in the back twice. He then disappears before the last one had the chance to attack again, when the quincy turned around it was too late for him to dodge as Ren impales him with his sword and into the dirt. He then slides the sword out of him and continues to move on with the mission.

As Ren progressed he found himself feeling the need to go else where, were he was now, doing his job wasn't really for him. He wonders if it was alright for him to go to the world of the living, although he was not bound by a squad he was still a shinigami. Being a rogue may even be putting his life in danger in a way that even he didn't know about. He wouldn't let that stop him anyway, he didn't choose to be a shinigami, he was born into it. Shoving his blade into the an infinite space he unlocks the portal known as the Senkaimon to the world of the living. 'World of the Living, just interesting will you going to be?' he asked within his thoughts as he walked through the gate.

"I'd almost forgotten the job I was assigned here, so I should get started." He said, finding a spot for him to set up his hidden base to take care of the Quincy. "We're not short staffed anymore, so why are they still here? I guess that doesn't matter since they wont be here for much longer." He said, suiting up and heading to the highest point that he could find in Rukongai. "Lets see. There's a camp here.. there... These guys are everywhere," He said with a frustrated voice, drawing up a map for all of the locations, making sure not to be spotted. With the second start of his job finished, he went to the little camp that he'd set up. His plan was to simply go in, swords blazn' and kill them all. It should be easy considering his skills, but things can happen so he knew better than to be overly confident in himself. A few hours later he opened the flap of the tent, heading in the direction of one of the camps held in Rukongai. Taking cover behind the buildings he moved passed the few Quincy that were on guard until he made it to the the wall of the first camp.

Taking flight, Ren went over and checked his surroundings to get a quick look at everything before he acted. The coast was clear so he went for the tallest building with hope of him finding the one who was in charge there. His goal was simple, kill him and the rest will just retreat. With that in mind he opened the door slightly so he could peek in, but that gave him away as the guy who was on guard there shout,"Intruder!!" In an instant Rensaku went from low profile to guns blazin' as he flash stepped passed the guy, turned and clipped his head off with great precision. The walls were painted in red as the man's head rotated in the middle of the air. "Looks like subtlety went right out the window.." He said pessimistically, standing on guard as the Quincies began surrounding him with their spirit like bows drawn. Before a shot could be fired the walls and floor was painted with even more blood. He'd ripped open one guy's chest, cut off the legs of another, split the third and in half from the chest up and de-legged the last.

"It looks like you're back to your old self again, Rensaku Shihoin who is also known as the Red Wolf... Though you're missing your--" Before Hiru had a chance to finish that sentence his other half had burned a hole through the survivor's chest."You know what, never mind, I think you're all there now after that." He said sarcastically as he reverted further back into the mind, not wanting to see anymore violence. With the rest of his mission being completely solo he made way to what he thought would be where he'd find who was in charge of either the outpost or the entire operation. "He's here somewhere. I will find him. I always find my targets." He said, running to and kicking down a sliding door as he checked for any one to kill. A few feet away stood a man, who wore what looked to be a Quincy's captain outfit, standing in front of a table with there hands behind their back while they looked out the window at the night's sky.

"You went through so much trouble to get here but I'll have you know that your efforts where in vain." He turned, drawing his Quincy bow and aiming it at him, giving him a killer look that Ren happily returned the expression. "I'm going to make you pay for all my men that you just killed." He said,"Ha.. Ha, ha, ha, no." He said bluntly as the stream of blue arrows flew into him, hitting his body and creating smoke that slowly built up and covered his body. When the man had finished firing, the smoke died down to reveal that the one he tried to kill still not only stood but appeared to be unaffected by the barrage of arrows. "I don't believe... what are you?" The walls behind him was completely destroyed and was beyond repair, yet there it was that Rensaku was still standing like nothing had happened to him. "Are you done?" He asked as he shunpoed in front of the Quincy, a dark, red, fiery, aura covered him as his eyes showed a red, demonic glare. With one quick, horizontal strike He cut through both him and his bow, burning him to a cinder.

"I guess I was too strong for him so I should of went easier. The fight may have been a lot more fun, but a win is very much accepted." He said, busting through the glass and flying toward the next outpost. Once there, a plan was made which involved a ton of bodies and plenty of sword swinging. Satisfied with the idea, he pointed his hands toward the ground and stuck the place with a line of fire that burned weaker opponents to death and left a mark on the stronger survivors. "See, this is why I need to make my powers strong all around, that way I can kill everyone who gets in my way." He said, drawing his sword for a second round of slicing n' dicing."Now I've got to use the time, that I could've spent killing the outpost captain, to finish off these plebs." He said aggravated, slicing them all to death with quick, nimble movements and professional like foot work.

"HEY GUYS, wha-cha doinin'!?" He asked with emphasize on a few of the words. The men looked at him with shocked looks on their faces as they trembled with fear."Ya thwartin my plans!?" They looked at each other before looking back at him. One of the guys answered."Yes." Enraged by the answer, he raised his balled up, dominant hand toward the man as he screams,"Imma kill ya!" With one quick swing he sent a wall of fire which covered the entire hall way with a deadly sea of fire that wiped out everyone who stood. "See," He calmed down, taking a few breaths to help the cool down process then finished his statement."I told you I'd kill you." He fell to the ground for dramatic effect before jumping back up to continue the mission and get it all over with. "Now for the semi-finale, the outpost captain." He ran through the door, ducked to avoid a few arrows that went over his head, windmill kicked the two attackers that were beside him, stood to his feet and finished them both off with an elegant, double strike that ended them.

"So now for you, I don't suppose you have a speech that you want to deliver about how you're going to stop me or how you'll have revenge for all the men I just killed who were under your careless watch." The man grew angry, drawing his bow and firing. "No, I'm just going to kill you." Ren dodged most of the arrows but was still hit by some of them. "Noo, I'm going to kill you." He said confidently, spinning in his direction and double kicking him into a wall. "Ya see how this works now? I kill you, and your outpost falls." He went to stab the guy, but before he had the chance to a girl with whit hair appeared from out of no where to stop the attack by grabbing his arm though it didn't help as he shot a beam of fire into him. He then tripped her legs, forced open her grip, flash stepped and decapitated the guy's arms before attempting to catch the girl with drop kick. He missed, the girl grabbed him by the legs and threw him out of the building and onto the ground.

Tumbling across, Rensaku regained his balance and sent fire toward the building, burning it and almost everything in there but her. "Well aren't you just a resilient bug." He said sarcastically as he charged in for the attack but was instantly sent back by a powerful palm strike. He recovered by rolling in midair and landing on his feet. "Well aren't you just a wimp who finds joy in overpowering those weaker than him. How pitiful." She replied, already placing herself in the top ten of his most irritating list."You know, that was a good come back, but fortunately for you I have a retort." With a palm held out in the direction of the girl, a fire ball was sent in their direction."Oh would you look at that, I also just so happen to have a retort." She fired a beam of blue light that dissipated the ball and hit him."Oh god, not one of you prodigy people again." He said, dusting himself off. "You Quincy and shini alike are all quite the annoying little pest and unfortunately for me, I have to kill all of you." He said, holding his sword with both hands for the first time as he held it above his head for a more aggressive, powerhouse style of attacking his opponents. "And trust me, I will kill all of you, even the shinigami if I ever get the chance." He said, charging yet again but this time he kept enough distance to avoid the palm strike but still attack with downward slicing motion. The woman dodged, spun around to his side and kicked him in the face with enough force to send him flying into the defensive walls of the outpost.

"Oh look at that, all that tough guy talk was for nothing now wasn't it? And I didn't even have to use my bow yet." She smiled with that dominant look in him in the eyes while grabbing him by the shirt with one hand."Any last words?" She asked, filling her free hand with a ball of purple, electric energy. "Just one. Duck!" He went for a failed headbutt that ended with him having his legs swiped from under him as he was elbowed into the ground. "Ha, that's really going to be the last thing you say. Well, can't say it's what I would've said but to each it's own I guess." She said, electrocuting him. Ren, played the role of an electrocuted person as he shook violently until she was done. "Well tell me, how does it feel? Oh wait, you cant because you're dead. Ha." That's when he responded to him."Actually," She jumped back in shock as she couldn't believe that he actually was alive."That kind of tickled. You want to try that again?" He hand-sprung to his feet, standing in his fighting position. "You need to be dead right now-why aren't dead right now?" She seemed to be completely out of it. "I've had way worst than this." He said, punching her in the stomach to further stun her. With a quick slice he planned to cut her open but she was able to dodge in spite of the stun.

"Seriously, you're like a lingering bug that just doesn't know when to just give up and allow itself to be crushed under me, the one-hundred percent badass." He said with a smug look on his face, covering his blade with fire that he then sent in an arch toward the girl. Just as she was going to be hit a blue light shot into the sky. "Oh, what's this?" He asked as his fire dispersed in every direction revealing the woman who had a new look and completely similar attire to girl from the last time."Wait, you're that one broad aren't you?" His voice was blatantly cocky to entice her to attack again. "Ha, so you wanna go round two then, huh, is that it-lets go!" His voice became even more douche baggy by the minute, only furthering his opponent's wrath. "I'm going to enjoy making you break." She said, shooting a beam of blue energy at him which he deflected with a combination of his spirit energy and strength. She went on the attack before he had a chance to make another smug statement, shooting one hundred arrows per every ten seconds at him. He shunpoed in every direction, trying to avoid them even though he easily could of just stood there and took all of the attacks and walk them off like they were nothing. Though he did his best to dodge, he still ended up being hit as there were far too many projectiles to dodge for that long. It was set that speed would be his second focus, right after his Reflexes and Reiy. Eventually she stopped firing to try a completely different tactic, shooting one arrow at a time that he simply dodged or blocked until finally she set her plan into motion. "This is it, shinigami. I'm going to kill you with this move, take revenge for my people and kill all of your friends." She dropped spirit energy in the form of a liquid onto a sword like object, hitting him with pentagon beam of energy that shot up, slightly damaging him but not the point where it'd matter.

Eventually the energy came to a stop with him standing there, looking twice a cocky as he was in the beginning. He did the iconic Vegeta pose where he places his index finger under the nose while giving off a bravado look toward his opponent, he even went out of his way to sound just like him. "Ya know, ya shouldn't of done that," Sheathing his sword he shouted,"Burn them, No Ash, No Blood, No Bones!" He was covered in a furious blaze of crimson fire as his eyes looked more demonic like. "So you're finally getting serious huh?" His zanpaktou ask, satisfied with Ren using his shikai after going for so long without it. "Me, serious, not even. I'm just activating my pest elimination ability to get this over with. He then gave the woman all of her attention, removing the mask that covered his face so he could ask. "Who are you, I need to know the name of the person I'm killing." She then stated her name."Kimi, and yours?" He laughed when she asked for his name and then gave back an ahole response. "I'm Kami, you may now worship your savior and executioner."

"Oh you pretentious little ****." She said, finally having enough with his over confidence in himself. "I will not be satisfied until I make you cry like a stupid, little, %#$%$ that you are." She said. "Oh I'm sorry, were you talking to me, I couldn't here you under the sound of your nagging." He said, shunpoing beside and punching her in the stomach before going for a round house kick but was stopped. Using the opportunity Kimi grabbed him by the leg and started slamming him into the ground with enough for to leave a dent in it. Meanwhile, he simple took the hits like they were nothing before he covered himself in fire to answer both problems at once. The first being, to heal the wounds even if they were minor and the second was to force her to either let go or be burned. Even though she was being burnt she still manged to keep slamming before throwing Ren into a nearby wall; He crashed through, sending debris everywhere as he rolled along the ground. As soon as he recovered and looked up, he took a hook to the face with enough force to send him flying sideways into a few more walls until he was outside on the ground. "Huh, what do you know, she's actually much stronger than I though. This would be quite fun if it wasn't for the fact none of her hits hurt."

He slowly stood, catching her fist before it had a chance to make contact with his jaw. "Ha, keep trying woman, you're going to tire yourself out eventually and once that happens, I'm killing you." Using a knee thrust, Ren hit her in the gut, spun to her side then smashed her head into the ground with both hands. She turned and blasted him away with a beam of energy which sent him into the air until he crashed into Soul Society's barrier. "It looks like I'm taking flight again." He said, moving out of the way as multiple arrows were going in his direction. "Seriously, this again?" Ren asked, bored with the repetitive nature of the bow and arrow combo. In his mind he figured he could easily get rid of them with a simple wave of fire, but when he sent a few orbs into them he started taking evasive actions as he orbs were bypassed by the sheer number of them. Activating his secret technique, the fire wolf form, he ran along the air in her direction, dodging beams of energy before grabbing her with his claws and pinning her to the ground.

"So then it really is you then, I can't believe you'd really take side with the very people you hate.. Or was that a lie?" Kimi said disappointed as she went to move but realized the claw that was going through her stomach. "This.. is it then..." Ren finally devoured her before roaring, shaking both the air and ground as he deactivated his shikai and changed back into his humanoid shinigami form. "Finally, this mission is now complete, so I can deal with the real issue now. The Borja Clan." For some reason, no matter what life he lived in, he always found himself fighting them a countless number of times. He checked the area to ensure there were nobody there then sheathed his sword, sealing his shikai.

As he started heading from the outpost he was surrounded by a group of Quincy that all wanted a piece of him. Ren simply smiled, nodded once and started warning them about just how epic he was and how screwed they were."Look, I'm only going to say this once so you all better pay attention or end up like her. I am literally three leagues higher than all of you, so even if every single one of you tried, neither will lay a hand on me. Because I know you're all a bunch of worthless cowards but still carry a level of integrity as well as honor, I'll give to the count of three. Anyone still there by the time I hit zero can consider themselves officially screwed." He began the count down, watching as a few of them actually did take heed to his warning. He looked at the few that were still there and decided to at least give them a chance to hit him. Though it wouldn't matter anyway, it'd still be fun to see them get their hopes up only for him to snatch it out of their hands. "Bravo to all of you that decided to stick around, way to show some bravery but it's too bad you're going to die with it." He grinned, shunpoing in front of his first victim and attacking with a three hit combo. He attacked with a quick jab to the throat, kneed them in the stomach before they had a chance to react and finished by gripping their shirt and body slamming them. "Ha, pleb." He said, flash stepping to avoid a wall of arrows that were headed in his direction. Rensaku appeared out of his flash step above and behind an unsuspecting Quincy as he locked his legs around the waist and grabbed their head with both hands. With a quick arm motion he snapped their neck with very little resistance, jumping off as the body fell to the ground.

"Soooo, who else wants to go?" He looked around, searching for his next victim when he saw one who looked as if they'd crapped their pants. Ren charged the guy, running passed a few of them before he stood in front of him. "Guy who probably just crapped his self, I choose you!" He yelled the same way that the Pokemon trainers did as they threw their Poke ball, grabbing the guy by his arm and launching him into men that stood behind him. "Hmph!" With a quick draw, Rensaku's sword sliced horizontally across cutting two of them in half. He then proceeded to power punch a guy in the stomach; The force of his attack was great enough to put him the ground temporarily. As the guy went to recover, a foot went against their jaw, shattering their face. The men were now demoralized and it most certainly showed on their faces and body language. " Hey now, don't give me that look, I said you were going to die if you stuck around so now you're all getting what you have coming to you." With that being said he formed a few fireballs around him before blasting everyone with them. All of them burned in the spots that the flames touched, though most of them weren't badly injured they were in shape to fight him. "Ya know, being weak and helpless isn't all that bad, it just means you were never meant to be me." He said arrogantly as he lowered his head with a grin. "You know, I should kill all of you but I'm in a good mood so I'll-" Before he had a chance to even finish his sentence they ran for it, disappearing in the wind. "Huh, didn't even get to finish but I guess they get the point." With the mission finally being done he left to address the real problem.
